Leaders from various business sites, department heads, mentors, and recruits gathered to celebrate this milestone of knowledge transfer.

At the event, Huang Libin, Senior Manager of the Administration & Management Division, extended a warm welcome to the 2026 recruits and elaborated on the significance of the mentorship program. As a vital bridge within the company's talent development system and a cornerstone for building trust and rapport, the program embodies care, accountability, and commitment. She encouraged mentors to share their expertise wholeheartedly and mentees to learn with humility, fostering mutual growth through the exchange of knowledge.
