Responsible Minerals Due Diligence Statement of Shinwa

As a member of the United Nations Global Compact, GeSI, RBA, and RMI organizations, Shinwa Company has consistently adhered to global social responsibility as our goal, implementing ethical procurement and promoting sustainable development in the industrial chain.

Shinwa is committed to responsibly sourcing mineral materials such as tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold, cobalt, and mica used in our products. We refer to requirements such as the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas and the China Due Diligence Guidelines for Responsible Mineral Supply Chains (collectively referred to as the "Guidelines") to encourage suppliers to establish policies that prevent and mitigate risks. These risks include minerals in their manufactured products directly or indirectly financing or benefiting groups in high-risk areas that may contribute to severe human rights violations, significant environmental harm, serious health and safety hazards, or major corruption. We require suppliers to trace the origin of minerals used in their products and conduct due diligence on responsible minerals, sharing due diligence information with customers to ensure supply chain policies align with the Guidelines. This process gradually enhances supply chain transparency and governance capabilities.

Responsible mineral supply chain due diligence is an ongoing improvement process that requires commitment and collaboration among businesses, governments, and non-governmental organizations to address. Shinwa supports industry cooperation to tackle social responsibility issues in mineral supply chains. We will continue to participate in industry organization activities, working with customers and suppliers to seek sustainable solutions and advance the sustainable development of mineral supply chains.
