二、Corporate welfare

■ Pay:

We provide competitive remuneration for employees in the industry (the first year comprehensive annual income: undergraduate graduates 5.2W~7W, master graduates 7.2W~9W, in which the salary position of an excellent graduate can be higher), and adjust the salary according to the market salary level and employee performance every year to ensure that outstanding employees get more recognition and incentives.
